MANAGING PARTNER - INSURANCE

Kevin Milner is a talented speaker, writer, and recognized leader in the insurance education arena. He has authored multiple pre-licensing and continuing education manuscripts and has acted as a subject matter expert for some of the industries’ leading carriers.

Kevin began his insurance career in 2002, where he was the Regional Sales Manager for a New Jersey Property, Casualty, Life & Health Insurance Agency.

Kevin earned his CIC designation in 2013 and holds the CLCS (Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist), CSRM (Certified School Risk Manager), CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative), ITP (Insurance Training Professional), and CDEI (Certified Distance Education Instructor) designations. 

In his previous roles, Kevin has worked with industry leading educational providers as their Head of Instructor Led Programs, Insurance Program Director, and Director of Education. His responsibilities have included professional development of the insurance faculty, creating instructional material for both continuing education and pre-licensing courses, and coordinating course and instructor scheduling for local and national audiences. He has held executive leadership positions in multi-state retail organizations and served as a member of the School of Business faculty at Stockton University.

Kevin received his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ and his BA from Stockton University in Pomona, NJ. He is currently licensed in the Property & Casualty and Life & Health authorities. 

TRAINING MANAGER

Randy Gordon is a licensed professional with over 30 years of experience within the Property & Casualty and Life and Health insurance industries. He has earned the prestigious insurance designation of Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI) and is an approved insurance instructor within the State of Florida.

When he is not working in the field and teaching in the classroom, Randy enjoys golf and spending time with his family.
